A Summer to Remember at La Gavitella

Summer 2025 has slipped away like a soft breeze over the sea of Praiano — and at La Gavitella, every single day was a little piece of happiness.

Between sunny swims, seafood dishes, and laughter echoing across the waves, we lived through a truly unforgettable season.

From our beach club, with its breathtaking view of Positano and Capri, to our terrace restaurant, where the scent of the sea meets the aroma of freshly cooked fish, every corner told the story of the Amalfi Coast’s magic.

Our menu celebrated the flavors of the Mediterranean with dishes that spoke of the sea: rich and flavorful lobster spaghetti, the freshest seafood crudo, and our signature sea bass fillet, delicate, fragrant, and perfect for a leisurely lunch with the sun overhead.

This year, we were delighted to welcome guests from all over the world: familiar faces who return summer after summer, and new friends who instantly fell in love with our little terrace overlooking the sea.

Among them, some very special visitors made the season even brighter:

Antonella Fiordelisi, a beloved regular at La Gavitella, joined us by boat with Positano Boats once again this summer. Always radiant and kind, she enjoyed a few relaxing hours by the sea and a delicious seafood lunch on our terrace.

Ruud van Nistelrooij, on the other hand, visited us for the very first time, and was absolutely enchanted by the beauty of Praiano and the charm of our seaside hideaway. Between a glass of wine and a plate of lobster spaghetti, he shared how the Amalfi Coast captured his heart from the very first moment.

We also want to give a special thank you to the influencers who visited us this season, including Emrata, Osmani Garcia, Ale Maze, Helen Flanagan, Abel Carden, and Sarita Sklate — your presence made our summer even brighter!

Every season has its own magic, but this one will stay with us, filled with sunshine, smiles, and those golden afternoons when the sea melts into the sky.
