If you are on the Amalfi Coast you can’t not try this exquisite plate!
It has been a true speciality of the Praiano’s seafood tradition, since a long time ago when this simple but tasty dish was prepared in fishermen's houses.
The potatoes grown along the sunny terraces of Praiano pair perfectly with squid, molluscs which, according to the stories of local fishermen, are usually caught at night with a small wooden boat in the area from Praiano to Punta Campanella.
We will let you savour all the freshness of the sea and the goodness of local potatoes, through the “Totani e Patate” recipe that has been handed over time until today!
